IZER - from figures and perspectives to a strategic choice
For IZER, at the time a large GP organisation in the Rotterdam-Rijnmond region, I carried out a strategic study into POH-GGZ services (the mental health practice nurse role): what further development was possible, and which strategic direction was the best fit?

- External analysis of care demand, market developments and patient needs.
- Online survey and interviews among IZER GPs.
- Market and competitor analysis.
- Internal analysis of tariffs, staffing, utilisation, costs and revenues.
- Gap analysis and development of a concrete strategic recommendation.
