This page explains which personal data I process when you visit this website or contact me.

Contacting me

This website has no contact form. If you email me, I process the data you send yourself, such as your name, email address and the content of your message. I use it to answer your question and keep it no longer than necessary to handle your question or any follow-up assignment.

Visitor statistics (Google Analytics)

I use Google Analytics 4 to measure how the website is used, for example which pages are viewed, on what type of device and browser, and roughly from which region. This happens only if you give consent in the cookie notice. Without consent, Google Analytics is not loaded and no analytics cookies are set.

With consent, Google sets the cookies _ga and _ga_3K3PQ7Z2H9. Recorded data is kept for a maximum of 14 months. Google may process data in the United States; Google LLC participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Hosting and technical data

The website is hosted by mijn.host. As with almost any web server, technical data such as your IP address, time and the requested page may be recorded in log files for security and maintenance.

What I do not use

No other trackers, no advertising or social media pixels and no external fonts. Links to, for example, LinkedIn are ordinary links; the privacy policy of that party applies only once you click.

Your rights

You can ask me for access to, correction or deletion of your data, for restriction of processing, or object to it. You can also withdraw consent at any time, using the button below or the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. Email me for any other requests. If you cannot resolve a matter with me, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (opens in new window)).
