The assignment focuses on clarifying the consequences for the municipality, identifying the policy and organisational changes required, and preparing municipal implementation. The work also includes connecting with relevant regional developments and preparing the first implementation activities.
Intended project result: A well-founded impact analysis and a workable basis for the next AZWA implementation phase.
Project leader, IZA implementation (January 2025 - December 2025)
A project assignment focused on translating national and regional IZA agreements into concrete municipal implementation tasks. The assignment covered analysing what the IZA means for the municipal context, working out implementation issues, and preparing the necessary collaboration and implementation activities.
Project result: A worked-out basis for the municipal implementation of the IZA.
Project leader, IZA (July 2024 - December 2024)
A temporary project assignment focused on taking over and continuing the existing project leadership around the Integraal Zorgakkoord (IZA). The aim was to safeguard the continuity of the project, gain insight into the ongoing agreements and tasks, and handle the necessary regional and municipal coordination during a defined transition period.
Project result: Continuity of the IZA project and a transferable basis for the next project phase.
